Latest Community Center News: From Concept to Reality
We are now 98% of the way to getting our occupancy permit, expected by the end of this month. Rehearsals for the Christmas play can then begin at the start of December and everything will be in place for three nights of Christmas magic in this new, enlarged venue. We will be able to seat close to 200 a night, and we are looking for a full house for all three nights of this amazing production by all of talented members of the St. James Players.
This will be the first chance for the Hope Town community to see their new Center and enjoy what it has to offer. A formal opening ceremony and event is set for Saturday, January 14, at 11AM. The Community Center Project Committee look forward to seeing you at the Christmas play and at the official opening in January.
